About Sms ALERT
Prior to 1999, Xlab-Engineering was responsible for producing what is now known as SMS Alert, formerly referred to as Checker. The initial application of Checker was to notify the Boksburg municipality of power failures through SMS alerts.
In 2003, Xlab-Engineering transformed into PicC Electronics cc and has continued to operate with a focus on the design, manufacture, and support of products based in South Africa.
Over the years, we have crafted and delivered over 500 tailored solutions utilizing the SMS Alert platform.
